Responsibilities
- Supporting loan officers by coordinating and preparing documentation necessary for verifications and processing
- Reviewing all loan package documentation for discrepancies, omissions, and income calculations, as well as reporting any discrepancies to the loan officer
- Follow up and respond to customer and in-house inquiries on transactions as needed to provide superior customer service
- Screen and make calls, book appointments and provide administrative support as needed
- Interacting with clients, realtors and referral partners to gather information, provide updates and complete transactions from application through closing
- Managing and updating client databases and various marketing materials
Requirements
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Customer service heart with excellent communication skills
- Must have ability to train and work in office at our Tulsa location (hybrid schedule available after 90-day training period, based on management evaluation)
- Ability to take direction and work collaboratively in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of agency guidelines and loan program requirements
- Minimum one-year experience as a loan officer assistant or two-years’ experience as a mortgage processor
Preferred Qualifications
- Encompass LOS experience preferred
- Blend POS experience preferred
- CRM software experience preferred
