Minimum of 3 years’ experience underwriting Conventional, FHA (DE), and VA (SAR) loans
Experience with HUD‑184 and USDA loans is a plus
Strong understanding of Desktop Underwriter and Loan Prospector
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with the capacity to identify issues and recommend effective solutions to the loan team
Excellent time‑management and organizational skills
Positive, team‑oriented attitude
High attention to detail and accuracy
Experience with Encompass software preferred
