Requirements
- Greet clients, visitors, and team members with warmth and professionalism, creating an exceptional first impression for AMC Mortgage
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently, providing friendly and helpful customer service
- Manage front desk operations, ensuring the lobby, meeting rooms and reception area remain clean, organized, and welcoming
- Assist clients with basic inquiries and route them to the appropriate loan officer or department
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting times for staff and visitors for meeting rooms
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and office correspondence
- Maintain office supplies and assist with ordering as needed
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, scanning, and filing
- Assist with special projects and provide general office support to the team
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism when handling client and loan-related information
