  • Supporting loan officers by coordinating and preparing documentation necessary for verifications and processing
  • Reviewing all loan package documentation for discrepancies, omissions, and income calculations, as well as reporting any discrepancies to the loan officer
  • Follow up and respond to customer and in-house inquiries on transactions as needed to provide superior customer service
  • Screen and make calls, book appointments and provide administrative support as needed
  • Interacting with clients, realtors and referral partners to gather information, provide updates and complete transactions from application through closing
  • Managing and updating client databases and various marketing materials
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Customer service heart with excellent communication skills
  • Must have ability to train and work in office at our Tulsa location (hybrid schedule available after 90-day training period, based on management evaluation)
  • Ability to take direction and work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Basic knowledge of agency guidelines and loan program requirements
  • Minimum one-year experience as a loan officer assistant or two-years’ experience as a mortgage processor
  • Encompass LOS experience preferred
  • Blend POS experience preferred
  • CRM software experience preferred
  • Salary based on experience + monthly Bonus opportunities ($48 - $65k)
