  • Proactively collaborate with loan officers and loan officer assistants to create a referrable experience for borrowers and referral partners
  • Checking loan applications for missing information and potential errors
  • Verifying income, assets and credit for completeness and accuracy according to agency guidelines
  • Monitoring the underwriting process and providing updates to teammates as needed
  • Requesting additional information and documentation for the underwriter as needed
  • Ensuring all deadlines for submissions, underwriting decisions and closings are met
  • Demonstrated ability to carry a pipeline of 25+ files
  • Minimum two-years processing experience in a retail setting or similar
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Must have ability to work remotely and in an office setting
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to take direction and work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong knowledge of agency guidelines and loan program requirements
  • Encompass LOS experience preferred but not required
  • Blend POS experience preferred but not required
